Trio of Felling teams win close contests

Gabe Roberts’ blast drew quite a reaction from the Graham Real Estate Brewers catcher during Felling Field baseball action Wednesday night. Roberts homered earlier for the Cappel Sales, Inc., Nationals, but this ball was caught in deep center field as those Brewers eventually secured a 12-4 victory. McCOOK, Neb. — Both teams were strong on the hill Tuesday, but Cappel Sales Inc Nationals defeated Macs Drive In Red Sox, 2-1, at Felling Field.

Gabe Roberts allowed just three hits to Macs Drive In Red Sox.

Macs Drive In Red Sox got things started in the first inning when Wyatt Benes drew a walk, scoring one run.

Roberts was on the pitcher’s mound for the Nationals. He surrendered one run on three hits over five innings, striking out 11.

Tristan Campbell led things off on the mound for Macs Drive In Red Sox .

He surrendered one run on two hits over three innings, striking out four.

Asher Wilson and Trey Tiller entered the game as relief, throwing one inning and one-third of an inning respectively.

Hudson Dellevoet, Oliver Corbett, Jacob Harms and Roberts each collected one hit to lead Cappel Sales Inc Nationals .

Graham Real Estate Brewers stole the lead late in the game My Family Vision Rockies last Thursday evening at Felling Field.

Graham was down 7-6 in the bottom of the fifth inning when Tripp Raile singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring Brody Graham and Isaak Messinger.

A four-run lead in the second inning was just enough for Graham Real Estate Brewers to hold off My Family Vision Rockies for the victory. My Family Vision Rockies tallied six runs in the failed comeback. Lee Davidson and Reese Gillespie picked up RBIs to lead the rally.

Graham Real Estate Brewers took an early lead in the first inning. Hayden Uerling drew a walk, scoring one run.

Brody Graham got the start for Graham Real Estate Brewers.

He allowed one hit and two runs over 1 2/3 innings, striking out five.

Jacob Barber threw two innings of relief for the Rockies.

Graham Real Estate Brewers totaled nine hits in the game. Tripp Raile finished three for three with three RBIs, Trenton Raile drove in three more runs while drilling a triple among his two hits

The Brewers didn’t commit a single error in the field. Raile had the most chances in the field with 14.

My Family Vision Rockies scattered seven hits in the game. Davidson, Gillespie and Cason Waugh totaled two hits each.

Crossfit McCook Royals built a five-run lead in the fourth inning and then held off My Family Vision Rockies ‘s charge Monday evening.

Crossfit McCook Royals collected six hits and My Family Vision Rockies had nine in the high-scoring affair.

Crossfit McCook Royals fired up the offense in the first inning, when Miles Pollman doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run.

Pollman was on the pitcher’s mound for Crossfit McCook Royals He went three innings, allowing three runs on seven hits and striking out five.

Crossfit McCook Royals tallied one home run on the day. Pollman had a four bagger in the fourth inning.

Pollman went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Crossfit McCook Royals in hits.
