McCook's Bottsford Taekwando students earn top trophies
The Bottsford Taekwando team won sveral trophies along with numerous high places during the recent 2019 Mid Platte Valley TKD Championships in Cozad. From left: Katherine Felding, who placed third in forms and fourth in sparring among adult beginners; Makayla Payton, who placed third in forms and sparring for the adult mixed division; Zoey Daniels, who won forms, was fourth in sparring and second for youth grand champion among her 12-14 age advanced division; Anthony Hollingshead, who was second in forms and fourth in sparring among youth beginners division competitors; Emily Patras, who was third in sparring and fourth in forms for the 12-14 age advanced division; and Jamie Payton, who won forms, was third in sparing and runner up for the adult grand champion.
