Owner Miguel Camacho explains the difference between several ready-to-go fajita products to a pair of customers at his new Carniceria Mexican Store Friday afternoon. Open recently at 212 West C, across from Ace Hardware, the grocer specializes in imported dry goods and features a meat and cheese deli stocked with mexican style fresh meats and cheeses. The deli offers fajitas at a per-pound price which includes marinating meat, peppers, onions and spices, ready to be thrown on the grill.

Owner Mayra Beltran straightens stacks of fresh Pan Ranchero, a popular bread made from wheat flour, as her son Miguel busies himself with a video game. Carniceria offers mexican style fresh breads and pastries, in addition to the imported dry goods and deli products.
