2019 Cattlemen's Ball honors survivors, raises funds to Round Up a Cure

WAUNETA, Neb. -- Every life journey is unique; every “why” is personal. Some have to climb more mountains and travel through many twisted highways than others. Some serve to be a good neighbor while some serve for a purpose. On the lush green pasture land of the Wayne and Chris Krausnick Ranch along the Frenchman River west of Wauneta, Nebraska, the 2019 Cattlemen’s Ball of Nebraska was unique and was personal, all to raise funds to “Round Up a Cure” for cancer research. In reality, no words seem appropriate to convey the beauty and magnitude of this elite, two-day Ball which annually benefits the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in Omaha. “I am very pleased with a successful 2019 Cattlemen’s Ball on the Krausnick Ranch. We were proud to share the talents of Lexi Larsen and the Brett Alan Band from Southwest Nebraska, and Clay Walker stunned the crowd with his performance,” Co-Host Allison Sandman said.
