McCOOK, Neb. — Senior Adelene Krutsinger’s 19 kills and double-digit powerhouse Grace Frederick helped Dundy County-Stratton win a great D1-11 semifinal over Hitchcock County Monday evening.

The Falcons (16-13 record) took their first set, 25-23, just as they did during an RPAC semifinal two weeks ago.

Senior Allison Hoyt was dynamite whether she was digging or hitting. Seniors Amanda Horinek, Kyleigh Scott, Kassiddy Kisker also powered the Falcons along with juniors Shaye Porter and Neleigh Hauxwell. However, the Tigers (20-9 record) responded to take three sets topped by a 26-24 thrilling finale.
