'Round-up'

McCook YMCA director Mike Gonzales, second from the right, accepts a check for $484.96 from ACE Hardware manager Rick Sinner. Sinner said the check represents the results of an August “Round-Up” promotion during which ACE customers “rounded up” the payment for their purchases to the nearest dollar, and the difference was to be donated to the McCook YMCA. Sinner said ACE supports the Children’s Miracle Network as well as local charities. “It’s our way to give back to our communities,” he said.
