McCOOK, Neb. — Yvonne D. Dybdahl, age 82, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at McCook Community Hospital.

Yvonne was born Aug. 29, 1935, to Wenzel and Myrtle (Littell) Kahler in Hayes County, Neb.

On March 28, 1987 she married Marvin T. Dybdahl in McCook.

Yvonne worked for Parker for over 20 years.

Yvonne loved spending time with family and friends. She had many hobbies, including crocheting, gardening, black powder rendezvous’, music, dancing and sewing.

Yvonne is survived by her husband, Marvin of McCook; son, Lawrence Thayer Jr. of Holbrook, and Lonnie Thayer of Tucson, Ariz.; daughter, Lorie (Glenn) Blackshear of Spokane, Wash.; brother, Wenzel Jr. (Linda) Kahler of North Platte; sisters, Maxine Kahler of McCook; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Almetta Kahler, Oletta Kahler and Mary Ann Magnani; two brothers, Clifford Kahler and Larry Kahler; and son, Loren Thayer.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018, at Maywood Cemetery with Tom Volz officiating with inurnment to follow.
