Indians change diamond plans for softball

The McCook Community College softball schedule has once again been altered in anticipation of possible wet weather for the weekend.

MCC’s scheduled doubleheader Friday with Central Community College has been moved up and the teams will play Wednesday instead -- at the Jaycees Sports Complex. Games will start at 3 and 5 p.m.

On Thursday, MCC hosts North Platte CC in the Purple Out doubleheader with games at 4 and 6 p.m. at the Jaycees Sports Complex.

On Saturday, MCC hosts Trinidad State in the games that were postponed this past Sunday. Those games will be made up at noon and 2 p.m. at the Jaycees Sports Complex.

Games original scheduled for Sunday at Dodge City Kan. were cancelled.

On Monday the Lady Indians travel to Goodland, Kan. to play Northwest Kansas Tech at noon CDT and against Colorado Northwestern Community College at 3 p.m.

On Tuesday, the Lady Indians will host Southeast Community College at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the Jaycees Sports Complex.
