Chase girls hit 3-1 with win over Ogallala

IMPERIAL, Neb. — Coach Mark Bottoms’ Chase County girls are 3-1 following a 50-39 home win over Ogallala last weekend.

Sophomore Mallie McNair netted 15 points and senior Regan Nickless worked inside for another 10.

Seniors Lauren Gockley (eight points) and Andrea Page (six) also helped the Longhorns pull away.

Chase built a 34-23 halftime lead then used strong defense to close out the victory.
