Ladonna “Donna” Marie Rozmiarek

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Ladonna “Donna” Marie Rozmiarek passed away Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, at CHI Health St. Francis in Grand Island. She was 55 years old.

Donna was born in McCook to Donald W. and Linda K. (Gaver) Fricke Sr. on June 11, 1962. She graduated from Culbertson High School in 1980.

On July 17, 1984, she married David M. Rozmiarek in McCook. To this union three children were born, David, Chassy and Audrey.

Donna loved animals, doing crafts and working with her hands. She enjoyed playing cards and cooking for her family and friends. Her grandchildren were her world and her pride and joy.

Donna is survived by her son, David L. and wife, Amber Rozmiarek of Alva, Okla.; daughters, Chassy Rozmiarek and fiancé, Jeffrey Warner, Audrey Rozmiarek, all of Hastings; mother, Linda Fricke of Culbertson; brother, Donald Fricke, Jr. of Elwood; sisters, Debra Stefka of Alliance and Vickie Shires and husband, Richard of Fort Worth, Texas; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded by her father, Donald W. Fricke, Sr.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. today, Dec. 4, 2017, at Bethel Missionary in Culbertson until the time of the service at 2 p.m.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. today, Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at Bethel Missionary in Culbertson with Pastor Jason Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Culbertson Cemetery.
