Holiday food drive

Monday, November 13, 2017
The staff of Viaero Wireless in McCook displays the canned foods — “camouflaged” as a Viaero sign — that they have collected in a Thanksgiving holiday food drive for the McCook Pantry. To create their sign, staff members wrapped up two cans of food for every activation of a new line of service and for every renewal of an existing line, and will donate all the food to the Pantry in their customers’ names. The staff will also be collecting other food donations from customers, in order to help stock the Pantry shelves before Thanksgiving. Flanking the neon Viaero sign and its duplicate are, front row from the left, Terry Tigner, store manager Dave Gallagher, and James Harvey. Back row: Kylie Rice and Christy Eder.
