NORCATUR Kan. — Lisa R. Rhodes, 56, died Saturday (June 24, 2017), at Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kan.

She was born Sept. 16, 1960, in Norton, Kan., to Ronald and Geraldine (Peters) Temple. She graduated from Decatur Community High School in 1978 and attended Community Colby in Colby, Kan. She married Jerry Rhodes on June 6, 1987, in Norton. She worked for the Farm Service Agency in Norton.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gerald and Marguerite Temple and Al Peters and Georgine Peters.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Rhodes of Norcatur; daughters, Corey (Ryan) Grace of Overland Park, Jessica (Tyler) Williams of Concordia, and Megan (Justin) Amos of Abilene, Kan.; sisters, Marcy (Ric) Wyrens of Cersco, Neb., Suzanne (Larry) Cahoj of Atwood and Tracey (Scott) Hartzog of Norcatur; and 14 grandchildren.

Visitation is Friday, June 30, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m at Pauls Funeral Home in Oberlin.

Services are Saturday July 1, 2017, 10:30 a.m., at Pauls Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Gilhousen officiating.
