Rotary scholarships

McCook Rotary Club awarded scholarships to four McCook High School graduates. From left, Katherine Kjendal, Camden Funk, McCook Rotary President Ann Barger, Cade Cappel, and Kyle Geisler. Katherine Kjendal, daughter of Sarah and Nate Schneider, plans to major in Biochemistry/Psychology at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Camden Funk, daughter of Ken and Becky Funk, plans to study Nursing at University of Nebraska at Kearney. Cade Cappel, son of Bill and Nikki Cappel plans to attend Morningside College in Sioux City and major in Elementary Education. Kyle Geisler, son of Brad and Jill Geisler, plans to attend McCook Community College for two years and then transfer to University of Nebraska at Lincoln to major in Civil Engineering.
