Tiger boys leap into D1-11 title game

BARTLEY, Neb. -- No. 1-seed Dundy County beat Arapahoe 57 - 42 in the D-11 subdistrict semifinals.

The win moves Dundy County to a 21-3 overall record and ends Arapahoe'sseason at 9-14.

Both teams played to their full potential and fought hard to keep the other team from scoring.

The Warriors didn't let Monday night's game wear them out as they won a tough game over Hitchcock County.

They finished the season hard.

DC-S started the game strong scoring 17 points in the first quarter and ended the game just as strong with 16 points in the forth.

Arapahoe fought hard to try and come back in the forth quarter by scoring 19 points.

DC-S will move on and play Medicine Valley Thursday.

Medicine Valley played Bertrand in the second semifinal and won in overtime, 54-52.

In game one, the Tigers took charge quickly with a 17-3 first quarter.
