First baby of year arrives at Tri Valley Health
CAMBRIDGE, Neb. -- A sweet, little baby boy decided to make his arrival earlier than expected and was welcomed into the world by first-time parents, Nathan and Haley Priebe.
Micah James Priebe was born at 3:04 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 2, weighing 6 pounds 5½ ounces and measuring 19 inches long. He was delivered by Dr. Rachelle Kaspar-Cope. Micah's original due date was Jan. 7, but he arrived five days early, claiming the title of Tri Valley Health System's First Baby of 2017.
Parents of Baby Micah are McCook residents. Nathan Priebe works in the IT department at Tri Valley Health System and Haley Priebe is a teacher at Hitchcock County Schools. Grandparents of the New Year's Baby are Dean and Rhonda Hilker and Stacy and Donita Priebe, all of McCook.
