Angel Vazquez, the 6-year-old son of Sonya and Victor Vazquez of McCook, visits with Santa Claus Saturday afternoon at the Museum of the High Plains in downtown McCook. Santa and Angel discussed Angel's year -- naughty or nice? -- and Santa's reindeer. Angel promised to leave cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer on Christmas Eve. Santa will make another stop at the museum, at 413 Norris Avenue, Saturday, Dec. 17, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Parents and grandparents are invited to bring their children to see St. Nick, take pictures and then wander with the family through the museum.
