Ashley Rice-Gerlach of Cambridge, who serves as a Business Development Consultant for the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NDED), speaks on rural housing solutions at the National Rural Economic Development Association Conference Nov. 2-4 in Charleston, SC. Gerlach spoke on what several Nebraska communities are doing to address housing issues that have been identified.
