Larington, Loomis wedding
McCOOK, Neb. -- Sara Nicole Larington of McCook and Jack Arnold Loomis II of Hayes Center, Neb., were united in marriage on May 21, 2016, at McCook Christian Church with the Rev. Clark Bates officiating.
Parents of the bride are Dan and Michelle Larington of McCook. Grandparents are Cliff and Diane Randel of Indianola, Neb., the late Eileen Randel, Loren Larington of McCook and Iva Kallhoff of Las Vegas, Nev.
Parents of the bridegroom are Dan and Jackie Loomis of Maywood, Neb. Grandparents are Vernon and Virginia Orman of Hayes Center and Jack and Hazel Loomis of McCook.
The maid of honor was Morgan Barnhart of Scott City, Kan. Bridesmaids were Emily Owens and Alison VanSkiver of Kearney, Neb., and Alyssa Sobotka of Wahoo, Neb.
The bride's personal attendants were Miranda Neumann, Jessica Blum and Rachel Feddersen, all of Kearney and Brittany Trausch of Omaha, Neb.
The best man was Anthony Loomis, brother of the bridegroom, of Maywood, Neb.
Bridegroomsmen were Daryn Carroll, nephew of the bridegroom, of Palisade, Neb., Dillon Brown of Maywood and Skylar Hill of Broken Bow, Neb.
Ushers were Dane Larington, brother of the bride, of McCook, Jason Cox, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, of Palisade, Parker Loomis, cousin of the bridegroom, of Scottsbluff, Neb., and Ramsey Mullen, nephew of the bridegroom, of North Platte, Neb.
Candle lighters were Desyrae Carroll of Palisade and Sydney Mullen-Shaw of Maywood, nieces of the bridegroom.
Flower girls were Aleigh Randel, cousin of the bride, of Indianola, and Bristol Cox, niece of the bridegroom, of Palisade. Ring bearers were Brayden Cox of Palisade and Mason Loomis of Maywood, nephews of the bridegroom.
Junior attendants were Kylee Hauxwell and Lexi Hauxwell of McCook and Addison Randel and Ashlyn Randel of Indianola, cousins of the bride.
The pianist was Crinda McConville of Indianola and the soloist was Brad Randel, uncle of the bride, of Indianola.
A reception was at Red Willow County Community Building following the ceremony. Host couples were Brent and Loretta Hauxwell, uncle and aunt of the bride, of McCook, Brad and Adrienne Randel, uncle and aunt of the bride, of Indianola, and Harly and Sheri Hamilton, uncle and aunt of the bridegroom, of Hayes Center.
Cake servers were April Carroll and Amanda Cox, sisters of the bridegroom, of Palisade and Kitty Loomis, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, of Maywood.
The bride graduated from McCook High School and from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, with a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in management.
The bridegroom graduated from Hayes Center High School and from Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte with an associate of applied science degree in diesel technology. He is employed on the Loomis family farm and at Rick Ruggles and Sons Trucking.
A honeymoon to St. Lucia is planned for January 2017.
The couple resides in rural Hayes County.
