College board meets Wednesday

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. -- The Mid Plains Board of Governors will consider a policy on athletic grants and aid on first reading Wednesday, as well as consider the purchase of a pickup truck and two minivans from Janssen Motors of North Platte for a total of $70,553.

The regular meeting is 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Room 200 on the North Campus of North Platte Community College, 1101 Halligan Dr. in North Platte.

Other items include a closed session to discuss personnel issues.
