This Saturday and Sunday -- "Junktoberfest III" -- 70 arts and artisan vendors and three food booths will sell their wares in four buildings on the Red Willow County Fairgrounds in the 1500 block of West Fifth in McCook, Nebraska, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., Saturday, and 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., Sunday. Weekend admission will be $2; children 12 and under will be admitted free of charge. Vendors will include antique and junktique dealers of rust and remnants; stained glass and cut glass; original and renovate-it-yourself home decor and furniture; homemade soaps and oils; wild grass wreaths; jewelry; rope work, taxidermy and western decor; "man-tiques" and primitive items; organic bath and body products; handcrafted wood items, signs and yard decor; unique vintage goodies, mid century and shabby chic; and "barn goods," rusty metals and wash bins.
