Community leaders, housing development representatives and Prairie Gold Homes staff members joined McCook Work Ethic Camp leadership and residents for a groundbreaking ceremony at 1604 East I Street in McCook, Thursday afternoon. A class of eight WEC inmates began excavation at the location earlier in the day as part of the PGH inmate-training, home construction program.

  • Changing lives of the inmates. Expanding the tax base. Creating needed homes. Great program.
