Members of the McCook, Nebraska, Area Chamber of Commerce and McCook Cordials award the Pepsi-Cola Beverage Company with the first quarter 2015 "Honor Business" banner during a presentation Tuesday morning. Chamber director Tacie Fawver said that the Chamber appreciates Pepsi's willingness to donate so graciously and generously to Chamber activities and to the community. Chamber board president Karmon Coleman told Pepsi representatives (with the banner, from the left) Josh Baxter, unit sales manager; Amy Evans, administrative assistant; and Gerald Novak, sales district leader, that the Chamber appreciates Pepsi's positive influence on the community. Baxter said that Pepsi, as a Fortune 500 company, "has a huge obligation to the community. Gerald and I believe that Pepsi is a steward of the community. Whenever the community needs us, we're here."

  • Thanks for all the donations Pepsi makes to the community and for all the community service the company employees give to the area.
