City to spray for mosquitoes sundown today

McCOOK, Neb. -- The City of McCook will spray for mosquitoes tonight beginning around sundown.

The chemical used is not harmful to people or pets, but city staff recommends citizens with any concerns to please stay indoors.

To eliminate prime mosquito habitat, also remove any standing water or unwanted vegetation on or around properties.
