A fair weather county fair

Watching from the bleachers was Zahara Hubbard -- all bundled up in a blanket. While everyone seemed to enjoy the cooler weather, it was definitely not traditional county fair weather and temperatures in the mid-60s to low-70s sent many scrambling for coats, jackets and blankets in their cars and pickups.
