Clint and Kayla Schafer of Culbertson announce the birth of their daughter, Kenley Ann Schafer, born March 31, 2014, at North Platte, Nebraska. She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and measured 20 1/2 inches long. She has one sister, Miley, 1 1/2. Grandparents are Kirt and Cynthia Ross and Joann Schafer of Culbertson and the late Ronald Schafer. Great-grandparents are Phillip and Marilyn Fornoff of Hayes Center, Nebraska, Joylin Ross of Culbertson and the late Paul Ross.
