McCOOK, Nebraska -- McCook will soon add an Italian restaurant to its assortment of eateries.

Luigi's Italian Restaurant is opening on the main floor of the Keystone Business Center and touts authentic family recipes backed by six generations of restaurant experience.

Brothers Joe and Nick Terziv said the McCook location could be open as early as this Friday, as they were worked diligently earlier this week to make the final preparations.

Joe Terziv was the first generation of the Terziv family to move to the United States from Italy in 1999. He said they had successfully opened a Luigi's in North Platte in recent weeks and planned to open a third Nebraska location in the near future.
