McCook Senior High's Marching Bison Band wins first place overall in the 2013 McCook Heritage Days parade. In second place, was the Wallace Wildcat Junior/Senior High Band; in third was the Perkins County -- "Home of the Plainsmen" -- Band. By class, McCook won the Class B division, and Perkins County, Class C. In Class D2, Wallace won first, followed by Medicine Valley -- "The Sound of Raider Powers" -- in second and the Wauneta-Palisade Bronco Band in third.
