CAMBRIDGE, Nebraska -- Tri Valley Health System in Cambridge is offering something fun and informational for children and their parents Saturday, 8-11 a.m.

Information and education on Bullying, Healthy Snacks, Exercise and Computer and Cell Phone Safety will be available.

Also, the CHIP (CHild Identification Program) will be available from 8:30 a.m. -noon.

The CHIP program allows parents the opportunity to create a kit of identifying materials for their child, free of charge. The kit contains a fingerprint card, a physical description, a video, computer disk, or DVD of the child, a dental imprint, and a DNA sample. The purpose of the kit is to provide critical information to the public and to law enforcement in the event that a child goes missing.

Parents and grandparents can have their car seat checked for free by a certified CPS technician from 10 a.m. -1 p.m. New car seats are available for a suggested donation.
