Hospital class explores chocolate's healthy side

McCook, Nebraska-- The public is invited to a healthy lifestyle nutrition class, "Cocoa, Chocolate & Health," presented by Community Hospital's registered dietitian, Pat Rice. The class is Thursday, June 20 at 7 p.m. in the Prairie View A conference room at Community Hospital, 1301 East H Street.

Pat will explain the health benefits of chocolate as well as make some delicious recipes using cocoa and dark chocolate. This class would especially benefit those who fight high cholesterol and heart disease.
