Planning commissioner meets tonight

McCOOK, Nebraska -- The McCook Planning Commission will coordinate a public hearing this evening to discuss a proposed 20 acre subdivision that will be located north of McCook on County Road 385. Josh and Jill Hill have requested approval of the final plat and minor subdivision, which is located within the two mile extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of McCook.

The planning commission will coordinate the public hearing and subsequently make their recommendation to the McCook City Council during their regularly scheduled meeting, 5:15 p.m., at Memorial Auditorium.

The subdivision is proposed to be located on property that is part of the E1/2 Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 29 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Red Willow County, according to the meeting agenda.
