Van Gogh exhibit

Twenty-five art students from Southwest High School at Bartley, Nebraska, tour the "Becoming Van Gogh" exhibit at the Denver Art Museum on Nov. 28. Students and teacher Carol Kelley viewed 70 paintings and drawings by Van Gogh, as well as artwork by artists who influenced Van Gogh. They also viewed collections of European and American, modern and contemporary and western American art. Those attending were, front row from left: Jalisa Swartz, Haley Teter, Alex Morrell, Taryn Jacob, Mackayla Wright and Micah Hinz. Students were accompanied by art teacher Carol Kelley, chaperone Deonne Hinz and bus driver Merlin Hinz.
