Lance R. Roe, 25, Norcatur, Kansas -- DUI (.23), (Feb. 19, 2012, Nebraska State Patrol incident on Drive 399 at 1:50 a.m.), dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood after ordered subpoena was unable to locate Daren Amos of Norcatur, Kansas.

Brian B. Williams, Jr., 27, Culbertson, Nebraska -- violate stop sign, $75 fine.

Rhonda R. Bantam, age unavailable, Franklin, Nebraska -- issue bad check less than $200, $25 fine, $37 restitution.

Robert E. Ducharme, III, 21, 71852 Road 388 -- no trailer registration, $20 fine.

Corey M. Reeder, 19, 707 W. First Street -- third degree assault by mutual consent, $200 fine; disturbing the peace, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood.


NOV. 2, 2012:

4:55 p.m., Walmart parking lot -- a parked vehicle owned by Robbyn D. Allen, 50, Ludell, Kansas, was struck by the door of an unknown vehicle causing an estimated $1,000 in vehicle damage.

NOV. 8, 2012:

2:52 p.m., A New Holland baler being pulled by a vehicle driven by Carl A. Riemann, 46, 1001 W. Second Street, was travelling westbound through the intersetcion of West Fourth and West B Street when the driver's side rear tire came loose and rolled over the curb at West Fifth and West B, into the Amfirst Bank parking lot, and subsequently collided with a parked SUV owned by Debra L. Hamilton, age unavailable, 404 W. Fourth Street, causing an estimated $2,000 in damage. The baler itself suffered an estimated $2,000 in damage and concrete on West B Street was also damaged.

10:08 p.m., North U.S. Highway 83 -- a pickup driven by Lonnie J. Simmonds, 44, Curtis, Nebraska, struck a deer approximately 1/4 mile south of the Work Ethic Camp. The collision caused an estimated $5,000 in vehicle damage.

NOV. 19, 2012:

8:20 p.m., West C Street -- a vehicle driven by Brooke McCorkle, 35, 404 E. Second Street, struck a vehicle driven by Jacob T. Weir, 16, 1005 W. Third Street, at the intersection of West Ninth and West C Street. Weir and a passenger were both injured during the collision but refused transport from emergency responders. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage and McCorkle's SUV was towed from the scene.
