Thousands meander in the mid-November sunshine warming the Red Willow County fairgrounds in McCook, Nebraska, during Star Expos' fifth annual "McCook Farm & Ranch Expo" Wednesday and today. Miss Nebraska Rodeo 2012 Sierra Peterson (left) and Miss Nebraska Rodeo Lady-in-Waiting Sam Chytka visited with Robert Harvey in his "Cowboy Up Tack" (McCook) booth; each wore an American brand hat. Amy and Steve Seegmiller of Selden, Kansas, reflected on tables and pictures in the "Oak Reflections" (Gilmer, Texas) booth, while Ryan Long of Imperial checked out the Hammer Stahl cutlery sold by Gary Short (Vona, Colorado). In the Community Building, Bronson Wood of Moorefield tested the comfort of Teresa Shasti's "sleepLevel pressureless sleep system" (Wichita, Kansas); Bronson's wife, LouAnn, looked on (right). Sam Hengen of Star Expos checked with Brad Vaught (Protection, Kansas) of Filson Livestock Equipment, while outside, expo-goers grabbed a quick lunch at "Cactus Jack's Chuckwagon" (Grand Island). The expo runs today through 4 p.m.
