IMPERIAL, Nebraska -- Frenchman Valley Farmers Cooperative Inc. (FVC) provider of agricultural products, services and expertise in Nebraska, Colorado, and Wyoming, announced today the purchase of the petroleum and agronomy assets of Wheatland Co-op Assn. (WCA), a full service farm and ranch supplier in Wyoming since 1950.
On Nov. 1, 2012, the voting members of WCA voted to accept FVC's offer to purchase assets of WCA in Wheatland, Wyoming. As part of the transaction FVC will continue to serve the Agronomy and Petroleum customers in the WCA trade area, while WCA will continue to operate the Country Store offering feed and farm supplies.

Founded in 1912, FVC has 21 locations serving patrons in southwest Nebraska, northwest Kansas, the Nebraska Panhandle, northeast Colorado and Wyoming. FVC provides services in agronomy, feed, grain, member services, petroleum and grain procurement.
