Are you looking for a way to make a difference in your community, but don't know how? The American Red Cross reminds eligible individuals that in about an hour, you can help save a life by donating blood.

Blood is a perishable product that can only come from generous volunteer blood donors, there simply is no substitute. By donating blood, you can make a difference in the lives of patients in your community and throughout the nation. As Americans become increasingly mobile, you can feel good knowing that when you donate blood through the Red Cross you may be helping patients not only in your local community, but also your family and friends across the nation.
