Nicholas R. Clapp, 21, 212 E. Fifth Street -- discharge of firearm within city limits (September 2009 incident at 507 East C Street), dismissed by City Attorney Nate Schneider.

Anthony S. Heflin, 21, 805 W. First Street -- three counts of criminal mischief (2010 conviction stemming from damage to the McCook Public Library), $552 restitution to City of McCook converted to civil judgment and remaining court costs deemed uncollectable, ordered to serve 7 days in jail, credit for 6 days already served.

Audrie M. Krepcik, 22, 911 E. Second Street -- vicious dog, dismissed by City Attorney Nate Schneider; vicious dog (second count), amended to potentially vicious dog, $250 fine; dog at large (two counts), both dismissed.

Robert E. Ducharme III, 21, 401 East 12th Street -- procure/sell alcohol to a minor, 7 days jail, 12 months probation.

Alicia L. Bergling, 27, Oberlin, Kansas -- probation stemming from March 2011 drunk driving conviction, extended 6 months due to $649 in fines/costs not yet paid.

James M. Steer, 31, Gresham, Nebraska -- disturbing the peace (July 2012 incident near the 1300 block of East H Street), $350 fine, jail 1 day, credit for 1 day already served.

Kathryn S. Dueland, 49, 38703 Road 731 -- sell tobacco to minor, $25 fine.

Jeff M. Pittman, 21, 508 E. Fifth Street -- possession of marijuana, $300 fine.

Tasha L. Booker, 21, Cambridge, Nebraska -- possession of marijuana, $300 fine; possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine.

Sage C. McConnell, 19, 202 East 11th Street -- obstructing a peace officer, not pursued; drinking in public, not pursued; MIP, jail 5 days, 60 days continuous alcohol monitoring, probation 12 months.

Robert A. Vaughn, 39, Danbury, Nebraska -- dog at large (July 2012 Danbury incident), $50 fine, $663 restitution ordered; vicious dog, $100 fine.

Accidents

SEPT. 23, 2012:

6:42 a.m., West First Street -- the driver of an SUV, Dain J. Harris, 53, 612 1/2 Norris Avenue, while exiting the parking lot on the south side of La Cocina Mexican Restaurant, saw a pair of scissors lying on the ground by his vehicle and opened the driver's side door in an effort to retrieve them. The vehicle subsequently took off, causing Harris to fall out of the opened door. The vehicle crossed West First Street, struck a curb and subsequently struck a warehouse building, causing an estimated $1,500 in property damage and $200 in vehicle damage. No injuries were reported.
