Danielle Rose Pettera of Omaha, Nebraska and Jason Michael Warner of Lincoln, Nebraska, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Parents of the couple are Jim and Sandi Pettera of McCook, Nebraska and Reg and Mary Kay Warner of Arapahoe, Nebraska.
Grandparents of the bride-to-be are Patsy Pettera of Ludell, Kansas, the late John Pettera and the late Harold and Dorothy Boyd. Grandparents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Marjorie Warner of Arapahoe,and the late Dominic and Phyllis J. Ernest.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of McCook High School and a 2010 graduate of Kansas State University. She is employed with the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank branch office in Omaha.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Arapahoe High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a graduate research assistant in the department of Animal Science at UNL.
An Aug. 18, 2012, wedding is planned at St. Patrick Catholic Church in McCook.
