Joe Warneke, 24, 206 E. Second Street -- probation violations stemming from 2010 conviction for DUI and refusal to submit to a preliminary test. Violations consisted of 2011 convictions for DUI second offense and disturbing the peace, probation was revoked and Warneke was sentenced to 7 days in jail and his driver's license was revoked for 6 months.
Christopher M. Lightford, 19, Eddyville, Nebraska -- engage in a speed contest, $100 fine.
Robert John Morgan, 36, Cleveland, Texas -- no license on person, $25 fine; failure to dim lights, $10 fine.
