Alli Lester of Lincoln, Nebraska and Jordan Homan of Omaha, Nebraska, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Bruce and Kathy Lester of McCook, Nebraska.

Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Paul and Jeannie Homan of Lexington, Nebraska.

The bride-to-be has a Bachelor of Science degree in family science and will have her teaching certificate in Special Education in December of 2012.

The prospective bridegroom plans to graduate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in May of 2013 with his Doctorate in Medicine.

The couple plans to live in Omaha, where the bride-to-be will be student teaching and the prospective bridegroom will complete medical school.

A July 13, 2012 wedding is planned at the Lincoln Berean Church in Lincoln.
