McCOOK, Nebraska -- Red Willow County, Nebraska, commissioners Monday morning will adopt a resolution to select the "construction manager at risk" contract delivery process for construction of the county's new law enforcement center.
The commissioners' weekly meeting begins at 9 a.m., in the commissioners' room on the third floor of the courthouse in McCook. The construction manager item comes up at 9:30 a.m.
Also at 9:30 a.m., the board will adopt policies for entering into a construction manager at risk (CMAR) contract. General discussion of the new sheriff's office and 24-bed jail will follow at 9:45 a.m.
At 10:30 a.m., Myra Stoney will present her annual report on the Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department.
County Clerk Pauletta Gerver will also discuss an "Electronic Government Service Level Agreement" with Nebraska Interactive LLC and the Nebraska State Records board in order to sign up for the "PayPort Credit Card Service" provided by Nebraska.gov.
