Semis line up to dump 3/4-inch aggregate rock on the back side of Red Willow Dam. Fifty semis a day make the trip from Holley, Colorado, to Hugh Butler Dam with the payload. Each semi can make one complete trip a day. Dozers, above, prepare the back side of the dam.
