Ciarla, Tidyman engagement
Patty Michelle Ciarla and Jeff Allen Tidyman, both of McCook, Nebraska announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the bride-to-be are Derek and Paula Sheffer of Hutchinson, Kansas. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Larry and Carla Tidyman of Benkelman, Nebraska. Grandmother of the prospective bridegroom is Bertha Burnett of Arkansas City, Kansas.
The bride-to-be graduated from Buhler High School in Buhler, Kansas and from Manhattan Christian College in Manhattan, Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in cross-cultural ministry. She was employed at Legacy Christian Church in Kansas City for the past seven years before moving to McCook. She is employed at the Coppermill Steakhouse.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Medicine Valley High School in Curtis, Nebraska and the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. He received additional education at the Peter Kiewit Institute in Omaha, Nebraska and the Diwan Center in Cairo, Egypt. He is employed as a licensed architectural engineer for Engineering International in McCook.
A wedding and reception is planned for June 11, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. in Hutchinson. An additional reception is planned for June 26, 2011, 1:30-4 p.m., at the Keystone Business Center in McCook. The couple will reside in McCook.
