Bison lineman headed to Coyote country

McCook High School senior Derek Chancellor will join the University of South Dakota football program next fall. Chancellor signed a letter of intent to play football for the NCAA Division I Coyotes in ceremonies Wednesday, Feb. 2, at McCook High School. Chancellor is a 6-for-6, 300-pound all-state offensive lineman for the Bison last season who will graduate from McCook High School this spring.
