Hayes Center man killed in farm accident

HAYES CENTER, Nebraska -- A Hayes Center, Nebraska, farmer died Sunday in a farm accident.

Hayes County Sheriff Tom Dow reported this morning that Jesse Korell, 27, died after getting caught in a feed wagon.

Sheriff's officers and the Hayes Center fire department and ambulance personnel responded to the Bob Korell farm near Highway 17 and Road 729 about noon.

Services for Korell are pending with Carpenter Breland Funeral Home of McCook.
