Esch, Stewart exchange vows

Lindsey and Chad Stewart

McCOOK, Nebraska -- Lindsey Esch and Chad Stewart, both of Indianola, Nebraska were united in marriage on April 10, 2010, at Peace Lutheran Church in McCook with the Rev. Tom Albertsen officiating.

The parents of the couple are Mike and Barb Esch of McCook, Doug Stewart of Indianola, and Joyce Deaver of Cambridge, Nebraska. The grandparents of the bride are Melva Esch of McCook, the late Harold Esch, Audrey and Harvey Cole of Curtis, Nebraska, and Wayne and Diane Bryant of McCook. The grandparents of the bridegroom are Ruth Stewart of McCook, the late Orville Stewart, and Larry and Marilyn Kubik of Cambridge. The great-grandmother of the bride is Opal Tincher of McCook. The great-grandmother of the bridegroom is Ruth Harding of Cambridge.

The matron of honor was sister of the bride, Jennifer Brown of Omaha, Nebraska and the maid of honor was sister of the bride, Lanay Esch of McCook. The bridesmaids were Lisa Seaman of Grand Island, Nebraska, Elise Engelbert of Overland Park, Kansas, sister of the bridegroom, Jill Truska of Indianola, and Ann Levendofske of Hays, Kansas.

The best man was Ryan Seaman of Grand Island. The bridegroomsmen were Levi Hemphill of Fort Morgan, Colorado, cousin of the bridegroom, Jared Brooks of Colby, Kansas, Derek Meyers of Indianola, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Tony Truksa of Indianola, and brother of the bride, Matthew Esch of McCook.

The flower girls were nieces of the bridegroom, Bailey and Payton Truska of Indianola. The ring bearer was cousin of the bridegroom, Mason Marquardt of Kearney, Nebraska.

The usher was brother-in-law of the bride, Josh Brown of Omaha.

The guest book attendant was cousin of the bridegroom, Morgan Jones of Benkelman, Nebraska. Music was provided by soloist Brad Randel of Indianola and organist Sheryl Havens of McCook.

A reception took place at Republican Valley Event Center in McCook. The host couples were Janet and Gail Rippe of Indianola, and aunt and uncle of the bridegroom, Gretchen and Mike Kubik of Cambridge. The reception attendants were aunts of the bride, Lori Esch, Lisa Esch, Barb Schummer, Cathy Bryant and Chris Bryant.

The bride graduated from Republican Valley High School in 2004 and graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2008 with Bachelor's of Science in medical diagnostic imaging. She is employed at Tri Valley Health Systems as a radiologic technologist. The bridegroom graduated from Republican Valley High School in 2003 and Northwest Kansas Technical College in 2006 with a degree in diesel technology. He is employed at Stewart Construction.

The couple honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico and resides in Indianola.
