The maid of honor was sister of the bride, Crystal Bright of McCook, Nebraska. The bridesmaids were cousin of the bride, Devan Schomp of Elkton, South Dakota, Tracy Mueller of North Bend, Nebraska, Jessica Steenson of Kearney, Jacquelin Schepler of Kearney, and sister of the bridegroom, Jennifer Lauck of Bloomfield. The bride's personal attendants were Tammy Chamberlin of Kearney, and Jill Wilson of Maywood, Nebraska. The best man was Craig Chamberlin of Kearney. The bridegroomsmen were Mike Pagel of Pineville, Missouri, Donovan Wagner of Broken Bow, Nebraska, Chris Fowler of Grand Prairie, Texas, brother of the bride, Derrick Hansen of North Platte, Nebraska, and brother-in-law of the groom, Ben Lauck.

The bride graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in elementary education. She is a substitute teacher in the Kearney area. The bridegroom graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in computer science and criminal justice. He is an IT specialist for Royal Engineered Composites in Minden, Nebraska.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica in July and reside in Kearney.
