Ruth Werner

GRANT, Nebraska -- Ruth Werner, 89, died Tuesday (Sept. 7, 2010) at the Golden Ours Convalescent Home in Grant.

She worked at home before helping run Werner Paint and Tile in Grant with her husband and son.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan and husband, Roland Wesch of McCook, Nebraska; two sons, Darrell and wife, Joyce of Lincoln, Nebraska and David of Grant; one brother; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are Thursday, 1:30 p.m., at Grant Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Wayne Pick officiating. Burial is in the Grant Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.
