Clarice Nadine Dack, died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at her home in McCook, at the age of 82.

She was born March 27, 1927, at Wheatland, Wyo., the daughter of the late Clarence Clyde and Ora Mae (Grant) Colvert. The family moved to Cambridge in 1933, where she grew up and graduated from Cambridge High School in 1945.

On July 14, 1945, Clarice married Charles W. Dack at Oberlin. In 1946, Charles and Clarice moved to Denver, Colo., where they resided until moving to Sterling, Colo., in 1956. In 1962, they returned to Denver, where they lived until moving to Casper, Wyo., in 1968. In 1982 they moved to Glendale, Ariz., before returning to McCook in 1987, where she has spent the remainder of her life.

For 11 years she was a sales representative for Avon..

She was a member of the McCook Baptist Church.

Clarice is survived by her husband, Charles W. Dack of McCook; sons, Charlie C. Dack and wife, Kim of Eagle Point, Ore., Cary O. Dack and wife, Catharine of Trenton; two daughters, Charlene Boggs and husband, Dennis of Chadron and Clarice Roberta Roelfsema and husband, Terry of Barrow, Alaska; six grandchildren, Michelle, Lori, Diana, Justin, Jodi, Teresa and Christina; five great-grandchildren, Lincoln, Justice, Abby, Jacey and Levi; one brother, Robert Colvert and wife, Shirley of Mesa, Ariz.; and relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009, at McCook Baptist Church in McCook with Pastor Gary Howitt officiating. Interment will be at 1 p.m. (MT) on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009, in Garden of the Last Supper at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Littleton, Colo.

Memorials may be given in her name and visitation will be from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., at Herrmann Funeral Home in McCook.
