JOHNSON LAKE -- The Bison lady golfers won the Lexington Invitational at Lakeside Country Club Friday.

Shelby Allen placed fourth for the Bison with a round of 87.

Shayla Belka of North Platte won individual honors with a 83.

"It was a great day," said Bison coach Randy Ryser.

"We set a goal of breaking 90 every time out and we had three players do that today.

"We are going to expect it every time.

"This is a lot of fun, we don't know who will be our medalist. It can be any of the girls.

"It was a tough field to win a medal, only 11 strokes separated 17 kids."
