McCook High School cheerleaders recently participated in a private camp with the Fort Hays State University cheerleaders. The girls worked from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for three days. The Bison cheerleaders learned new cheers and dances and also worked on perfecting their jumps and tumbling skills. The MHS cheerleaders will be attending a public Universal Cheerleaders Association camp in Overton July 13-14, where they will be competing with a home routine and also routines that are learned at camp.
